International Flora and Old Quebec
Back in Montreal on Monday, we visted Ellen's workplace, Corlab. Tres interesante!
Then I visited the Flora International garden exhibition in Montreal's old port area while Frank, Ellen, and Adam refueled at the local pub. Some very cool, contemporary ideas!
Despite my having picked up a stomach bug somewhere along the line, we soldiered on, travelling to Quebec City on Tuesday. Ellen had found us a charming old world style hotel right in the old centre of the city, and we spent Wednesday exploring the nearby parks, gardens, museums, and art galleries. I'll have to come back again some day to sample the food--I couldn't keep anything down! Nevertheless, it was a very enjoyable time together.
